Florida communities should be flourishing. Every person, in every community, should have the ability and opportunity to learn, earn, and contribute in a way that helps them achieve economic independence, prosperity, and a sense of meaning and fulfillment. Unfortunately, for many this is not the case. Government bureaucracy, red-tape, and a tangled web of complicated resources turn useful assets into burdensome crutches. I'm dedicated to helping leaders understand, navigate, and utilize these assets in a way that leverages their leadership, makes them more effective, produces impactful decision making, and makes a real difference in our communities statewide. A decade in the Capitol has taught me good ideas don't always turn into tangible results. But we do have tools to do this job. I want to help leaders grab the right ones at the right time to help Floridians flourish.
